Completing any type of cleansing program requires patience and perseverance. Cleansing is a learned skill and takes practice—don’t give up or become frustrated if you feel like you can’t follow a cleansing protocol. Cleansing affects everyone a little bit differently. And don’t worry if it takes you several tries to get through a cleanse: there can be rough days, and you won’t be the first person to back off from a cleanse. The key is to not be discouraged and to try again. You will be amazed at how fast the body responds when it is given a chance to clean, nourish, and heal itself from the abuse of poor eating and lifestyle habits. How does a cleanse that requires you to eat throughout the day sound? The Isagenix program provides a great introduction to cleansing, as well as an easy-to-follow maintenance cleanse. more
Step 1. Complete one of the following cleanses:
• Isagenix 3/9 Day or 30 day program
• 3 day juice fast
• 3 day raw food
Step 2. The day after you finish your cleanse, start taking Lower bowel formula for bowel cleanse.
• Day 1 Take 1 capsule of Lower Bowel in the (M)orning, (A)fternoon, and (E)vening.
• Day 2 If you did not eliminate 2–3 times on Day 1, increase Lower Bowel to 2 capsules M, A, and E.
• Day 3 (and following) If you do not eliminate 2–3 times in a day then continue to increase 1 capsule every M, A, and E until you achieve elimination 2–3 times a day.
(the average amount of capsules it takes to get the bowel moving 2-3 times a day is about 3-5 capsules M, A, E, but there are stories where people have had to take as many as 20 capsules M, A, E.)
• Once you are eliminating 2–3 times a day continue to take the Lower Bowel formula at the dosage that you achieved 2-3 eliminations a day throughout the remainder of this cleanse. Doing this assures that as your body eliminates wastes, the channel excretes this waste cleanly.
Step 3. After 1 week of eliminating 2–3 times a day, begin the Liver Cleanse.
• Day 1 Take 1 capsule of Liver Gallbladder formula in the M, A, and E, preferably 20 minutes before a meal with 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil.
• Day 2 (and following) Take only 2-3 capsules of Liver Gallbladder formula in the M, A, and E each day until the bottle is gone (approximately 2 weeks). Continue to take the dose 20 minutes before a meal with 1-2 tablespoons olive oil. (The olive oil serves as a lubricant for the bile ducts.)
Step 4. After the Liver Cleanse (approximately 2 weeks) it’s time to start the Kidney and Urinary Tract Cleanse.
• Day 1 Take 1 capsule of Kidney Formula in the M, A, and E, 20 minutes before a meal. (No oil.)
• Day 2 (and following) Take 2-3 capsules of Kidney formula in the M, A, and E 20 minutes before a meal until the bottle is gone. (Approximately 2 weeks.)
Step 5. After the Kidney cleanse (approximately 2 weeks) it’s time to start the Blood Purification Cleanse.
• Day 1 Take 1 capsule of Blood Stream Formula in the M, A, and E, 20 minutes before a meal.
• Day 2 (and following) Take 2-3 capsules of Blood Stream Formula in the M, A, and E, 20 minutes before a meal until bottle is gone. (Approximately 2 weeks.)
Throughout the entire cleansing process:
• Only take supplements 6 days out of 7 per week
• Do a 1–3 day cleanses 1 time per month
• Follow the Living Diet 3 times a week (AT LEAST!) as best you can
• Make healthy choices even on your non Living Diet days—no soda, trans fats, and a very limited amount of processed foods
• Do not take any other supplements and vitamins during this time period unless health care professional deems necessary (that includes multivitamins)
This cleansed can be condensed into a shorter time period, but you must contact me for information.
The retention of body waste has a more insidious effect on our health than is generally suspected, and its elimination is one of the first steps toward perceptible progress. This cleanse focuses on creating a free channel for elimination to occur.
Step 1. Drink 16 ounces or more of prune juice (unsweetened, if possible). The prune juice is not primarily meant to empty the bowels, which it will do, but rather to draw any existing toxic matter or body waste into the intestines so that it may be eliminated through the bowels. If the prune juice causes to much GI distress, consider the following recommendations:
• Drink 8oz or less instead of 16oz
• Instead of drinking the prune juice take the Lower Bowel formula (hyperlink) 1 week prior to fast, 2-3 capsules morning, afternoon, and evening. Continue to take suggested dosage throughout the fast
Step 2. After beginning with the 16 ounces of prune juice, within one half hour take an 8 ounce glass of undiluted apple juice. Swish each mouthful thoroughly (this is called “chewing”).
Step 3. 30 minutes later drink a glass of plain water (preferably distilled).
Step 4. Following the water 30 minutes later, drink another 8 ounce serving of apple juice, as in Step 2.
Step 5. Alternate between the apple juice and the water throughout the remainder of the day. (Put a chart with suggested time line) An average adult will consume one gallon of apple juice a day, approximately one ounce per pound of body weight. (i.e. a 175 lb person will drink 175 oz of juice. This, of course, is an approximate dosage, as one’s age, ability to hold liquids, etc., determines the capacity for each specific case.)
Step 6. Repeat Steps 1–5 for 2 more days. Doing so, approximately 3 gallons of mucus and catarrh will have been eliminated and replaced by 3 gallons of juice. This results in speeding up the re-alkalinizing of the system. ( only drink the prune juice first thing in the morning)
Breaking up the mucus during the juice cleanse generally causes constipation throughout the three days. Use more prune juice or take Dr. Christopher's Lower Bowel Formula.
Step 7. Throughout the 3-day cleanse, take 1 or 2 tablespoons of olive oil three times a day to aid in lubricating bile and liver ducts.
On the fourth and subsequent days, begin eating raw fruits and vegetables, along with other fruit juices. As you return to normal consumption, follow the Living Diet as closely as possible.
Do not be concerned if you feel weak during or after this detoxification. Our bodies use the energy for this internal housecleaning, and soon an increase of energy will occur in a cleaner, healthier body.

Isagenix Cleansing Tips
This is the most important rule. This must be a positive experience! I want you to maximize the benefits of this cleanse by following the daily schedules, but if you need to add some “ healthy foods” into the cleanse, DO it and don’t feel guilty. Hint: try to keep to a liquid or raw snack.
The next most important rule is PREPARE, PREPARE, PREPARE. Get water bottles, snacks, and emergency snacks all ready so you’re not tempted to cheat.
If you don’t want to use the ISAfruit product, you may use fresh juice instead. The ISAfruit is more for convenience and is a high nutrient food. I highly suggest using fresh juice from a juicer (or hand-squeezed). Using fresh juice during a cleanse is one of my favorite parts of cleansing. Enjoy fresh juice combinations throughout the day. I highly recommend ordering the IsaFlush. It has been my observation that most people tend to become a little constipated during the cleanse. This is a normal result from cleansing. So, to make you life a little easier, get the IsaFlush.
Almond suggestion: Buy a bag at Costco and don’t worry about roasting them.
Drink as much lemon water as you are able. Cut 1 fresh lemon (peeled) and place pieces in a 1 liter bottle. Continue to replace the water in the same bottle. Doing so dilutes the lemon water each time you fill it up. Change the lemon the following day.
On the Shake days, you may switch lunch for dinner. While it is best to have your solid meal at lunch, sometimes that’s not possible.
Eat as many raw fruits and veggies as you are able on the warm-up days and the Shake days.
If you feel hungry at any given time, try eating an additional snack such as dark green veggies, fruit, nuts, sprouts, or juices. You may dip your veggies in olive oil and vinaigrette or Italian seasoning.
Try drinking 16oz of Dr. Christopher’s JURASSIC GREEN. [hyperlink] Personally, I drink at least 1 or 2 of these a day while cleansing.
Watermelon is very easy to digest and tastes great during dull moments.
Take naps during the day to recharge.
Sit in a Sauna/Steam room (be sure to stay hydrated).
